Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders take 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn, unwashed piece within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Tags must still be attached. We cover return shipping for domestic orders; international customers cover return postage. Email us first and we will send you a label or instructions.

Sizing

How do your sizes run?

Tops and outerwear sit true to size with a slight relaxed cut — if you are between sizes, take the smaller for a closer fit. Bottoms are listed by waist measurement in inches; consult the size chart on each product page for length and hip. When in doubt, write to us with your usual size in two other brands and we will recommend.

Care

How should I care for my pieces?

Wash cold, line dry, and iron on the appropriate setting for the fiber. Linen and cotton can be machine washed; wool and structured outerwear are best dry-cleaned once per season. Detailed care instructions are printed on the inner label of every garment.

Materials

Where do your materials come from?

Our linen comes from two mills in northern Portugal, our wool from a co-op in New Zealand finished in Italy, and our cotton from a long-staple supplier in Egypt. We publish more detail on each season's product pages and in our Journal.
